Artist's Statement
I am a self-taught artist, born and raised in Texas. I focus my paintings’ subject matter on character study portraits, abstract landscapes, buildings, and still lives. Growing up, I was lucky enough to be exposed to great art through countless visits to art museums, exhibitions, festivals, and showcases. I now live in the Houston Museum District so I am able to continually find new inspiration. I have just recently begun showcasing my art, and would love any and all feedback.
